REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology works on the concept that the body is divided up into 10 energy zones which end in the hands, feet and face.

Vital organs lie along one or more of these zones and are mirrored in the hands and feet. Applying pressure to any zone on the hand, foot or face affects the corresponding zone within the body.

Imbalances the Reflexologist finds on the hands or feet reflect congestion within the body. By working on the imbalanced areas, blockages within these areas of the body can be released.

Not only are the congested areas worked on, the entire hand or foot is treated, therefore all body systems are stimulated, elimination is improved and all blockages are released.

This process induces deep relaxation and helps the body to reach it's own equilibrium.

Once the body reaches this natural balance, self healing can begin, helping the person return to a state of well being.

Reflexology may also help infertility, pregnancy problems, induction of labour and may also initiate breech babies to turn naturally.

I connect with higher consciousness and channel universal healing energy. I use various techniques depending on the individual's physical, emotional and spiritual needs. I work intuitively using crystals, dowsing, sound healing and essential oils combined with all of the therapies I practice.

These techniques allow me to connect with Chakras, Meridians, Acupressure points and reflex points. Some healing sessions can be carried out remotely, depending on the techniques the individual needs.

All sessions induce deep relaxation, release emotional and physical blockages and balance the mind, body and spirit, helping individuals to return to their natural state of well being.

MUSCLE INJURY THERAPY

MASKERY'S TECHNIQUE IN THE TREATMENT OF INJURIES

Maskery's Injuries Technique is a unique therapy with amazing results. Over use or misuse of a muscle causes spasms to occur within the muscle. The therapist will locate spasms within the injured muscles, apply pressure to the spasms, the spasms are then released, relieving pain, inflammation and loss of movement almost immediately. General aches and pains can also be relieved using this therapy.

Backache, back problems, sciatica, tennis elbow, shinsplints, groin strain, whiplash, calf pull, ankle problems, hamstring pull, stiff neck, shoulder problems, knee problems, hip problems, arm problems and many more.

Please wear loose clothing, most sessions do not require you to remove clothing, although some might.

REIKI

Reiki is a safe natural therapy for total healing, stress reduction and relaxation. The therapist acts as a channel for universal life force energy to be passed on to the recipient, clearing negative energy from the chakras and aura, enabling positive energy to be restored. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Crystals emphasize the clearing and healing process.
